Healing through creativity and expression

Bad Art Good Therapy, is a private practice that approaches healing from a sense of wholeness, integrating a variety of therapeutic approaches to create a wholistic, individualized experience. By blending art therapy, somatic IFS (Internal Family Systems), psychodynamic therapy, and a trauma-informed framework, offering a bottom-up approach that invites healing at a deep, embodied level.

Trauma and emotional challenges can reside within the body and mind, often leading to confusion, pain, and disconnection. This practice focuses on creating a safe space for you to explore, express, and process these experiences. Through creating and visualizing our emotions, thoughts, and memories through creative expression and somatic awareness, I will help you create distance from past struggles, allowing for a deeper understanding of your own healing process.
